Goth Underneath It All

Love The Dresden Dolls. Their theatrical sound mixed with her deep, rich androgynous vocals against the angst of the piano pounding= musical genius. Not to mention the lyrics kill it every time. These are the kind of songs you turn up in your car and belt at the top of your lungs. Doesn't hurt to be in a dark place, either. Ahh, my inner goth alter-ego wants to be set free. Alas, I am a curly blonde with a bubbly personality. Deep down I like to believe I have goth tendencies along with my inner rock goddess, hippie goddess, movie star, etc. etc...Aren't we all layers of complex beliefs and feelings, anyway?
