Confidence In You...Me

My husband says I should be a writer. Funny thing is I'm writing now, aren't I? Writing without making a single dime, and yet I don't stop. Why? Because it is a hobby of mine, a vessel through which I let out some of my creative energy. I would love to be a writer in its many forms: songwriting, poetry, fiction, etc. However, I'm not so confident I could "make it." Heck, I don't even know where to start. For now I'll continue writing my thoughts here, as it is safe, and I'm not sure if I'm ready to leave my metaphorical harbor just yet. But thank you, dear hubs, for having the confidence in me that I'm not even sure I have in myself.
