Jaimy's B-Day and Words of Wisdom

Happy Birthday, to my SIL, Jaimy!! If you're reading this: I love and miss you lots! You are awesome and my bro is awesome for picking a woman I not only call my sister, but my friend. I'm very fortunate. 

Switching gears completely: Saw this gem of wisdom this morning. Love it. Makes me think of work and how sometimes one person says something cutting, and we obsess over it all day. I'm trying to thicken my skin a bit so that words can't hurt me (as much).
