Head Over Heels

A new TV show favorite of mine is The Carrie Diaries. In case you didn't know, it's the prequel to the Sex and the City show that's so famously known. It follows a young Carrie in her formative years in Manhattan. Almost seems tailor-made for me: big, curly hair (she practically has MY hair!), NYC, 80s clothes and music. All except that it isn't-- it's for tweens and teens. Alas, a 13 year old trapped in a 28 year old body I sometimes am (Yoda apparently, too). Some deny this part of themselves. I like to indulge.
